At the start I found a lot of the exercises really challenging but I was surprised by how quickly I improved. Pilates addresses the main areas of concern that people have after having a baby, the abs get a serious work out each week!
The class is good fun there is a big range of people, ages and abilities and everyone was very friendly. I'm going to miss the classes over the summer and I'll definitely be back in September!
